Used by us mainly as an office / workshop, and occasionally as a guest bedroom.
We will use this to store our clothes etc, so that you have space in the principal bedroom, but you are welcome to use it as storage , and we have a computer there if you need it. It is also our workshop (no space for a shed, sadly), so if you need a screwdriver…

It takes no time at all to switch to guest room, however...This is where we'll store our gear while we're away, so using it as a second bedroom seriously compromises space everywhere else.
